In Search of a Camp Director
We are currently seeking a full-time year round Camp Director, beginning January 1, 2018. Candidates must be at least 25 years old, have at least 2 years of administrative/supervisory experience at an organized camp, and possess a bachelor’s degree in Parks & Recreation, Education, or similar field. The camp director will manage summer camp, rental groups (year round), and weddings. Housing is provided year round (sleeping room with bath, shared kitchen) and the candidate must live on camp property. Meals are provided when camp is in session.

Summer Staff 2018
Being a summer staff member is the hardest job you will ever love! The days are long and hot, but most will find it is a great experience. It is easy to be fun, enthusiastic and a great role model when you have so many campers looking up to you and you’ll never forget the lifelong friends you’ll make in a summer. - Maintenance & Grounds Keeping
- Cooks & Kitchen Help
- Camp Nurse (RN)
Camp Shaw staff members are some of the most passionate and influential individuals around! We are happy to work with our staff to tailor their summer employment to meet internship criteria. Staff come to us from all over the country and we even have a few from overseas. Staff members must be at least 18 years of age by the first week of camp.
