Camp Shaw is a beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding/reception. Our dining hall seats up to 200 guests. We do not offer catering. The kitchen is not available, so food must be delivered ready to serve. Wedding party must provide a certificate of insurance for the event. Alcohol can be served by a licensed bartender, but cannot be sold. Vehicles cannot be taken past the parking lot. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas, and not in any of the buildings. No glass bottles are allowed.

The base cost for the venue is $6000 and includes the following:

  • Use of the upper camp grounds (close to the parking lot), the bowl area, Dining Hall, and upper camp pavilion
  • 8 hours to set up, decorate, and rehearse on the day before the wedding (generally Friday)
  • 8 hours to take down on the day after the wedding (generally Sunday)
  • 8AM – 10PM wedding time on the day of the wedding, including ceremony space, reception space, and 2 wedding party dressing rooms (generally Saturday)
  • Up to 5 hours portering time (to move items to and from parking lot using our small transport vehicle) during setup and take down time
  • Campfire if requested
  • Does not include exclusive use of the grounds (available for an additional cost)
  • Cabins and/or tent camping (your tents) are available for an additional cost.
